Judy Kosaka is one of Hawaii's most respected Fitness Professionals. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, 10 years devoted to her daily yoga practice, and abundant qualifications her experience and expertise is second to none.  She has worked  with Corporate Fitness & Health Clubs, Resorts & Hospitality Industries, Charity Organizations, All branches of the Military, managed independent fitness contracts throughout the island, written for and been in surfing & fitness magazines and still finds time to pursue her own personal passion in fitness. She has achieved a B.F.A. and M.S. college degrees along with a host of national fitness certifications.
